We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Only Female) to join our team at Compare Policy (https://www.comparepolicy.com/), a leading call center in the industry. As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit qualified candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various call center positions.
2. Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source potential candidates.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
4. Create engaging and accurate job advertisements that effectively represent the job requirements and company culture, ensuring maximum visibility and reach to potential candidates.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a call center
2. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
