Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
Usage of portal - Naukri; Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing
Successful track-record as a Recruiter for internal hiring
Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to find common ground in negotiations
Organizing from start to end Campus Recruitment Drives at different colleges
Responsible for coordinating with all departments regarding internal resource requirements
On boarding & Off boarding of the candidates
Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment
Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills
Professional, Adaptable and Resilient
Goal oriented; have desire to be successful
Conduct technical interviews to obtain candidate's IT skills. Should know how to efficiently work on Outlook, WORD, Excel, Google spreadsheets
Excellent written & verbal communication and active listening skills
Required Skills and Experience:
Post Graduate (MBA) in HR stream.
Should have minimum 1-2 years of Talent acquisition (recruitment) experience
Smart Personality and Adaptable
We work in US Shift; candidate should be comfortable to work in Night Shift
Zealous to make career in Recruitment
Facilities: Salary + Cab (Pick and Drop) + Ease-of-work environment
Night shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (ONSITE)
