Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) @ Capgemini

Job Description

• Deep understanding software engineering fundamental (such as OOP design pattern, algorithms, data structure)
• 8+ years of experience in hands-on developing Java applications
• Experience in working with databases
• Working knowledge of software IDEs and debugging tools
• Ability to complete ETE development/Testing cycles in agile framework e.g. using agile tools such as Jira and Jenkins, Understanding of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• TDD / BDD experience
• Strong interest & passionate about Software QA & Release Engineering
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Mortgages domain knowledge

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Test framework design and automation experience using UFT / Selenium / TOSCA
• Experience in web application test automation using Cucumber/Selenium or any equivalent tool/s
• Service Virtualization testing experience using CA LISA etc.
