Job Description

The Manufacturing Head at Nasik Factory will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance. The role involves strategic planning, production optimization, and leadership of cross-functional teams to align factory operations with the organizational vision. 

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Operations Management is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in the paints or chemical sector.
