Description
- The CIO directs the use of technology to support the company's objectives and financial goals.
- Building IT strategy and ensuring its execution across the organisation
- With knowledge of business processes, Application Management, Product Development, Cloud Data Management, and technological infrastructure, this position aligns the organization's technology deployment strategy with its business strategy
- Handling IT applications, Data, infrastructure, and security of the firm
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across departments and ensuring smooth IT support to their functions
- Setting up Business continuity and Disaster recovery sites for the firm
- This position is also responsible for overseeing the procurement, implementation, and deployment of internal and external technology purchases, as well as the resources required to support those technologies. Building and maintaining a good relationships with vendors and coordinating and implementing projects with different business units
- Assimilate new technology solutions, lead digitization initiatives and other enterprise-level technology rollouts
- Work closely with QA, Professional Services, and Developers to drive product development
