Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team in driving sales and revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of dynamic sales professionals. You will work closely with agents to achieve individual and team targets, while ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of agency channel sales agents.
  • Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activity, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, provide regular feedback, and address any performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track team performance and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree  (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Life Insurance License) will be an advantage.
