Role Summary: Support Life Insurance sales by engaging with bank customers across assigned bank branches and locations, working towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Drive Life Insurance sales growth within allocated branches, ensuring a well-balanced product mix.
Achieve preset targets for ANP (Annual New Premium), case count, active branches, and KPIs.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager and bank staff to develop and execute business plans.
Motivate and support branch staff, ensure proper documentation, and assist with application submissions.
Build and implement both short- and long-term strategies to meet sales targets.
Conduct joint sales calls with the banks sales team to achieve collective business objectives.
Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive business.
Support channel partners and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Ensure timely policy issuance and resolve any pending issues.
Maintain post-sales engagement with customers, ensuring a high persistency ratio.
Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to execute business strategies effectively.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain compliance and a culture of best practices.
Provide timely reports and follow the TALIC code of conduct.
Skills Required

In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products and services.
Strong understanding of the finance/insurance industry.

Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services.
