Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Business Analyst- Manufacturing Company- Noida

1. Supporting the Directors to frame and drive the Operations Strategy & Planning for the entire portfolio of businesses.
2. Helping the Directors in formulating Business plans through Business Analysis, collating information and preparing reports/presentations.
3. Assist & coordinate with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic / business objectives as advised by the Director.
4. Data gathering from the various business units, analysis and having pre-discussions with the directors before business review meeting.
5. Organise review meetings of the sub-business units, support functions and the top management.
6. Provide key insights to the director for various business meetings; prepare reports, presentations and Monthly dashboard.
7. Co-ordinate with various business heads to ensure smooth communication flow.
8. Co-ordinating and collating operations MIS and providing analytical support to businesses for identification of process development and evaluation of additional revenue streams and risk management processes.
9. Project tracking and follow up for closure of active projects/action items discussed, further following up and reviewing with the Director.
