Greetings for the day..!!

We are hiring a Wealth Team Leader for Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team focused on achieving revenue targets within the wealth management sector,

including Mutual Funds, Advisory Portfolios, and Goal Planning.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team members have strong

product knowledge and customer service skills.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary to meet

individual and team goals.

Ensure the team effectively communicates the value of wealth management products and services to

clients, enhancing both client relationships and team revenue generation.

Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals,

operational processes, and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate

Over 5 years of experience in managing a revenue-driven call center, with a specific focus on wealth

management products such as Mutual Funds, Advisory Portfolios, and Goal Planning.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding

performance targets.
