Key Responsibilities : Assignment Execution - Client and Delivery management for execution of mid and senior level mandates with complete ownership of client and candidate management - Leading and creating a high-quality clients deliverables/documentation - role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation - Ability to strategize and design search methods and implement best practices - Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical - Lead and manage healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders - Building and leading the knowledge management tool for internal stakeholders - Lead, Mentor and direct recruiters & team leads to perform their daily work Business Development & Sales : - Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment - Act as a channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group, proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner. - Preparing business development and marketing presentations for the group Client Management : - Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
