Job Description
Empanel with companies and establish relationships with key decision - makers. Develop and implement strategies to expand our business. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
Key Responsibilities : Assignment Execution - Client and Delivery management for execution of mid and senior level mandates with complete ownership of client and candidate management - Leading and creating a high-quality clients deliverables/documentation - role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation - Ability to strategize and design search methods and implement best practices - Complete ownership of driving the P&L of designated business vertical - Lead and manage healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders - Building and leading the knowledge management tool for internal stakeholders - Lead, Mentor and direct recruiters & team leads to perform their daily work Business Development & Sales : - Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment - Act as a channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group, proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner. - Preparing business development and marketing presentations for the group Client Management : - Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
