SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE Responsibilities Policies, Processes and Procedures Be aware of all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner complying with all policies Educate yourself about leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures Data Analysis and Reporting Support in preparation of dashboards comparing performance vs budget and share insights and inputs on the exception report Collate all the data points required for proposal preparation from all the relevant stakeholders aid to expedite the process of proposal creation Keep track of the best practices from market trends with regards to planning and share observations that can help with cost optimization & improving margin maximization measures Act as a custodian of business data required for process improvements, cost effectiveness and profitability Observe overall comparison of operational performance, business performance and prepare variance analysis Work towards improving data authenticity/ availability by suggesting automation for relevant data requirements Functional Initiatives Support in execution of action plans post progress reviews and work towards understanding the pricing and strategy related reviews of the business Facilitate process development and strategic initiatives improvement by devising models and bridging gaps for business development Coordinate with digital solutions team to enable data consistency and availability through digital solutions SECTION IV: SUCCESS METRICS Adherence to timelines as per plan 100% compliance SECTION V: OPERATING NETWORK Internal: Business Development Team, Sales & Marketing Team, Production team, Business Leaders etc. External: Vendors, Consultants, industry associations/bodies SECTION VI: KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES Education Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology, Masters in Business Administration (preferred) Experience 1-2 years of experience in similar domain SECTION VII: CAREER MOVEMENTS Feeder Roles: NA Possible Next Role Movement: Sr Team Member Planning,
