Responsibilities

The Partner Business Management Group Manager is accountable for leading a high performing team of Process Program Managers who are deep subject matters across the partner lifecycle management processes (onboarding, offboarding, M&A, contracting and Compliance management) and who are accountable for the smooth execution of the processes (Green scorecards) , driving prioritized process improvements across policy, process, platform and people and landing/implementing changes to these processes as business needs evolve.

This role will collaborate with outsourced vendor team (BPO), , Business Planning, Planning & Launch, Readiness teams, Process leaders, and other key business partners to deliver best in class partner experience and change management.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a multinational organization, exhibits outstanding organizational, planning, communication, judgement, and negotiation skills, uses data and analytics to drive performance insights and improvements and has strong customer/partner obsession and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to lead, develop & grow a high performing global team of Process Program Managers across partner lifecycle management processes
  • Attract, develop, and retain a diverse and high performing team that consistently produces value for the business.
  • Ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships at senior levels across the business, and to influence these business partners to deliver optimum solutions for partners and for Microsoft.
  • Organizational leader that accelerates and delivers business transformation.
  • Plan the team s work to achieve goals and respond effectively to changing priorities, maintaining team energy and results.
  • Monitor operational performance and compliance of the process. Create and deliver performance metrics and scorecards representing the state of business.
  • Organizational leader that accelerates and delivers business transformation for Core Transact Services.
  • Ensure the partner lifecycle processes are always audit ready, assist internal and external auditors in audit planning/execution and drive compliance rigor and risk management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships at senior levels across the business, and to influence these business partners to deliver optimum solutions for customers and for Microsoft.
  • Foster a data-driven and growth mindset culture; to encourage and enable the entire organization to make more informed decisions through data & business analytics, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years minimum management experience in Operations, Program Management, Process Management or related discipline
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experienced people manager

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master s Degree or MBA.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a leadership/people management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem solving, with strong judgement to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated change & process, project management skills.
  • Demonstrated impact and influence skills, including cross-boundary collaboration and the ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.
