The Ireland Pursuit Services Team works closely with Client Groups (CG) Sales Teams to offer range of high-quality standardised service offerings from Tender Monitoring to Standard Content Authoring to Proposal Management, enabling the sales teams and subject matter experts to spend more time developing tailored and differentiated solutions and managing the relationships with their clients. The Ireland Pursuit Services Team provides a single point of contact for proposal support and tender monitoring for all Client Group (CG) Sales Teams in Ireland. The Ireland Tender Monitor /Proposal Management. Analyst is responsible for tender monitoring and for providing proposal management support on small to medium sized deals.
Monitor all platforms for potential opportunities and share with the relevant Client Groups (Business Verticals)
Document decisions by CGs regarding bids under qualification and communicate updates with the team
Proposal kick off such as creation of an RFx outline,
Meeting coordination and calendar management,
Opportunity Pursuit SharePoint site setup and maintenance,
Coordinating and facilitating proposal review meetings,
Supporting final proposal production, and
May also provide baseline content, coordinating with the research and content management team.
Here s what you need:
Exceptional learning ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills (business, proposal and technical)
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales/Tender Monitoring support capability
Experience/ basic understanding of Tender Monitoring is good to have
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
You May Also Need: to travel occasionally, Overtime anticipated during peak proposal times
A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. This includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
Tender Monitoring:
Identify, triage, and promote visibility of tender opportunities to nominated owners with the CG
Monitor all platforms and modes to capture any potential opportunities in a timely fashion
Document all potential opportunities and share with the relevant Client Groups for qualification and
Update the team and all trackers based on decisions made
Support in the preparation of operations deck each week to provide Leadership with an overview of all opportunities in progress and in qualification
Ensure zero escalations Proposal Management:
Create and maintain deal specific SharePoint folder
Create RFP/RFI outline to track the proposal response status
Conduct research for credentials and be well versed with various sources of information published across various Accenture knowledge portals
Gain a high-level overview of Accenture, including history, ownership, business structure and industries, leadership, geographies in which we operate to provide the responses for company overview sections
Understand the specific industry offerings over time to provide the most relevant baseline content; where needed work with Subject Matter Experts to source this content
Work closely with Graphic Designers to create template, manage graphics and final formatting of response
Support Senior Proposal Manager (as applicable) on deals
Work with the deal sales team to ensure response is compliant with proposal requirements
Review the submission compliance check list ahead of submission
Support the deal team with submission (as required)
