INBOUND TECH/MAC/WINDOWS SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS
Job Role : Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,e mails etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
Candidate s profile;
Must have dialled in International Outbound or Inbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers and laptops router printers and close calls and take payments from the customers.
Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
Must be very fluent in English.
Must be Comfortable for Night shift.
