Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle onboarding formalities, including document verification and induction.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys
Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM.
0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
