Roles & Responsibilities:
o Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
o Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.
Candidate Profile-
o Any Graduate fresher (B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech) or ug with min 1+year exp in tech support can apply
o Salary upto 5.8 LPA+unlimited incentives
o Excellent verbal skills in English Language/Must have good knowledge in DNS,DHCP,Active directory
o Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
