Job Description

The role holder is responsible for managing the collection portfolio in the region. Managing the collection team in the region and controlling delinquencies is also a critical part of the role. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the team of Collection Associate, BRMs, ARMs in the region. Develop strategies to minimise delinquencies, achive targets and control cost. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and legal compliance.,
