KPI Development and Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing marketing effectiveness, including leads by source, sales cycle velocity, funnel conversion rates, and Lifetime Value (LTV), and oversee the creation and maintenance of a global marketing dashboard to track progress. Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends and buyer journeys to identify expansion opportunities and fine-tune regional marketing plans. Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation, continuously monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Finance to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing initiatives, leveraging collective expertise to drive business growth. Market Expansion and Localization: Develop and implement a fully integrated marketing strategy encompassing all regions - India, APAC, Middle East, Europe and North America across various product lines of the company. Drive market expansion initiatives into new geographies while also overseeing the localization of marketing campaigns and messaging to effectively engage diverse target audiences worldwide. Brand Management: Oversee brand development and management efforts globally, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency across regions while tailoring content and campaigns to local audiences. Campaign Planning and Execution: Launch cutting-edge campaigns and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact. Lead quarterly planning process with regional teams and guide the execution of integrated campaigns. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI and delivering on marketing objectives within budgetary constraints. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related communications with senior leadership, providing regular updates on marketing performance, initiatives, and strategic direction. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure marketing activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity in all marketing endeavors. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve. Continuous Improvement: Train, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the marketing team. Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, fostering innovation, experimentation, and agility to adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs. Mentor and motivate the marketing team to foster creativity, and innovation and drive results Requirements: 15+ years experience in handling Marketing of Tech companies including 5-8 years of high-impact B2B SaaS marketing experience Record of developing data-driven regional and global marketing strategies that deliver revenue growth Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with superior creative and strategic thinking Experience with various marketing tools to drive and measure ROI Technical knowledge about digital marketing related to SEO, SEM, Social Media, ABM campaigns. Natural leadership abilities with proven success managing high-performing teams Polished executive presence and communication skills,
