Job Description:

Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
Handle document management, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Support in organizing meetings and events.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Package: 12,000 to 15,000 per month (Negotiable) + Accommodation and Fooding.
