Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India's first & largest cross-party political advocacy group, widely credited to have revolutionized election campaigning in India.
I-PAC is the platform of choice for students and young professionals to participate in and make a meaningful contribution to political affairs, grassroot development and governance of the country without necessarily being part of a political party. About the Position :
We at I-PAC are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Professional who can help in the growing needs of the organization to manage resources in an efficient and effective way. You will lead the State Operations function, managing Operations & supply chains with a focus on internal stakeholder and campaign requirements.
As an Operations Lead, you will collaborate with senior leadership, team leads and individual contributors to help enhance business processes to meet the requirements suggested by the management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage I-PAC's overall sourcing strategy along with the Talent Acquisition lead
- Coordinate with HR Lead & Talent Acquisition Lead to develop manpower estimate for ongoing and future campaigns, and plan sourcing for relevant roles accordingly
- Utilize social media platforms, job portals, internal referrals and campus connections to develop a healthy pool of candidates available for quick hiring and deployment
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn X-Ray Search etc
- Identify job portals for different hiring requirements and induct them into I-PAC sourcing plan
- Attract good candidates for critical roles and keep them engaged through periodic interactions
- Analyse the ROI on different sourcing strategies/sourcing platforms and modify the sourcing plan accordingly
Minimum Qualifications :
- Have 3-6 years experience in Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in using Job Portals (Naukri, IIMJobs, Linkedin etc) is a must
- Ideally should have the experience of hiring for roles in technical (IT, Technology, Data Analytics) as well as non-technical domain (Campaign, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance etc)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms and crafting
- Boolean search strings will be preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and experience of bulk-hiring
