Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENT:

*Any Graduates (UG/PG/Diploma)

*Excellent Communication (English fluency is must)

*Flexible to work in US Shift/Night Shift (Fixed US Shifts)

*Fixed Weekend Off (Sat & Sun)

*Work Location: Bangalore Salem

*Cab Service-Drop Facility

*Work From Office

*Immediate Joiners/15 days Notice Period

*CTC- As per company norms

*Experience 1Yr to 6Yrs.

*Should have Good Typing skills & Listening skills

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Minimum 1 year AR Calling experience is Must.

*Should poses strong experience in Pre authorization, Eligibility verification and Patient calling.

*Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.

*AR Calling specialized in Prior Authorization, Pre Certification and Eligibility check.

*Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

*Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.

*Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

*A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.

*Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.

*Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

*Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling

Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference

Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up

Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact
