We are hiring for Asst. HR Manager for a Luxury Jewelry Industry

Experience: Min. 3years

Location: Breach Candy, Mumbai

JOB Duties & Responsibilities:

1. RECRUITMENT 

1) Create JDs (job descriptions) and interview questions for each position

2) INDEPENDANTLY handle End-to-end recruitment of leadership positions

3) Strategize and channelize the recruitment by using various platforms, both online (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) & offline (campus drives, tie-ups, referrals, etc.)

4) Onboarding/ Offboarding of candidates, Joining Formalities, Document Verification, Handling BGV, Exit formalities, Maintaining recruitment dashboards.

5) Should be proficient with Employee Engagement Activities                                                                                                                

6) Must handle payroll
