Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and shortlisting candidates. Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates" qualifications and suitability for roles. Maintain job postings across multiple platforms to attract potential candidates. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Support HR team in maintaining recruitment and employee records. Contribute to onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for future hiring needs. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR practices is a plus. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience. Local candidates from Surat or Ankleshwar are preferred. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
