Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you are passionate about sales, have a solid understanding of HR Advisory, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Services, and excel at connecting with people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of HR and Staff Augmentation solutions through research, networking, and outreach.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their HRO needs, and providing customized solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures tailored to client requirements.
Collaboration: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs and timely delivery of services.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue pipelines using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
