Technical/Functional Skills

Experienced technical writing with minimal guidance
Researching and writing for engineers/developers, administrators, and business users
Exemplary English writing and editing skills
Proficiency and experience using/authoring in HTML
Preferred: Experience with API management, application integration, and/or cloud services and platforms
Experience Required

8+ years of experience in technical writing
Experience writing for technical audiences (engineers, developers, administrators) and business users
Experience working independently in a dynamic, multi-team environment
Roles & Responsibilities

Write and edit documentation for products (Integration Connectors, Apigee API management, and Application Integration)
Produce high-quality, detailed, and polished documentation
Plan and prioritize assigned tasks
Collaborate with team members, product managers, software engineers, and support engineers
Learn and understand technical details, fundamental concepts, products, and features
Generic Managerial Skills

Planning and organizational skills
Communication and reporting skills (implied through reporting requirements to a TL)
Ability to work independently and with a team
Education

Preferred: relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., in English, Technical Communication, or a related field)
