Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations.
• Executing inbound and outbound voice operations
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members.
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Motivating, mentoring and coaching the team.
• Hold daily team Meeting (huddles), setting the expectations.
• Conduct monthly / quarterly / annual performance review meetings with the team.
• Engaging with the team during a shift to ensure that the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance and engagement are maintained.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct monthly / quarterly / annual performance review meetings with the Operations Manager and client to meet all the organizational objectives.
