- 2+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Education must be from B.Tech Computers background
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, roles, and technologies.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
