Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills
- Candidates with prior experience in customer support, call centers, or related fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer-centric focus.
