Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of collection executives to collect outstanding dues.
- Set and monitor individual and team collection targets to ensure that they are achieved on a regular basis.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and productivity. Achieve Collection targets of the area assigned.
- Track and control the delinquency by bucket wise and DPD wise.
- Develop and implement collection strategies and processes, in collaboration with the credit and risk management teams, to ensure timely collection of dues and minimize delinquency rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that collection efforts are coordinated and effective.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communicating with management on the status of outstanding dues.
- Handle, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks. Effectively communicate and support the collection goals, while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
- Ensure that all collection efforts are consistent with company policies and guidelines, and that customer feedback is being collected and used to improve collection performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE.
- Support Collection officers in legal and Police issues, whenever required.
- Ensure adoption of standardized MIS procedures
