Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Underwriting to manage medical and financial underwriting for individual and group life insurance proposals. The role involves handling complex and high-sum-assured cases, providing technical guidance to sales and internal teams, ensuring quality underwriting decisions, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

The incumbent will support underwriting operations by managing reinstatement cases, HNI proposals, group medical underwriting, and quality checks, while also coordinating with claims, policy servicing, compliance, and bank channel partners. The role requires strong medical underwriting expertise, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction in a high-pressure environment.
