Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter BPO Hiring (International Voice Process) at Equinox Consulting Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for international voice process positions, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Qualifications


• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in BPO hiring and international voice process recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
