Job Description
- Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors.
- Draft, review, and send professional emails and correspondence.
- Foster clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Support Services:
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Follow up with internal departments.
- Proven experience in accounts management or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting professional emails and business correspondence.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, accounting tools).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachalor Degree.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or a willingness to learn.
