Job Description:

1. Ensuring growth of the overall Portfolio of the Gold Loan Business against the Set Targets in all Branches within the cluster every month.

2. Collection of Interest from the customers by coordinating with the team at ground level.

3. Follow-up on Non-Performing Assets in the Cluster and Closing the Accounts in Specified timeline.

4. Ensuring the Growth of Gold Weight under Management every quarter.

5. Ensuring the Growth of the Customer base who are active throughout the cluster.

6. New Customer Acquisition on daily basis by a rigorous follow-up with the team.

7. Ensuring the Loans are renewed every year which crosses the loan due date.

8. Takeover Gold loans from various sources by making use of the month-on-month activities.

9. Focusing on Resource Mobilization and the Cross-selling of other Products which are part of Business targets

   Eligibility: -

   A candidate who is currently working as Branch Manager/ AMIC in the grade of Asst Manager II and above with a Minimum of 4 years of experience in the above Grades. The candidate should possess good communication skills in English and the local language. Computer, excel and Liaison skills required.
