Job Description:

• Attend to user calls w.r.t. Desktop / Laptop/ Network related issues
• Install & configure any desktop / laptop
• Submission of Daily report & weekly report
• Follow the instructions of IT related tasks assigned by the Team leader & give periodic update on the status of the work
• Coordinate / follow-up with the Vendors for any IT related requirements or warranty claims / License renewals etc

Skills:

• Should have experience on Desktop Hardware, Local Area network, Windows 8/10/11, MS office / 0365 installation & configuration, Outlook / Email configuration.
• Should have worked atleast 1 year handling hardware / LAN / Windows OS & MS Office - installation & troubleshooting
• Should have atleast 1 year experience in handling Internet connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Experience handing AV / Conference Equipment / setup will be desirable
• Should be able to communicate in English & Kannada (verbal)
• Should be pro-active / self-initiative
