Job Description
- Creative Design
- Conceptualize and design a variety of creatives, including digital and print assets (social media posts, brochures, posters, banners, etc.).
- Develop event collaterals such as invites, stage backdrops, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Video Editing (Preferred)
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Add animations, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
- Brand Consistency
- Maintain brand integrity and ensure all designs meet quality standards.
- Innovate and suggest fresh design approaches to keep visuals dynamic and engaging.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, event management, and content teams, to understand creative briefs and deliver assets on time.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (for video editing).
- Experience in designing event collaterals and marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools (a significant plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
