Lead P&L of the entire project Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business
Understand RPO Solution offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential internal and external customers.
Ensure efficient delivery of the solution, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
Champion continuous improvement with respect to project operations, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize operational processes.
Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units to include job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and articulated engagement plan perrole type.
Collaborate with the sourcing and recruiting team to ensure timely fulfillment of all clients hiring needs while ensuring best in class experience for the client.
Drive the adoption of technology within the team to ensure real time updated data is available at all times.
Manage workload allocation within the teams basis volume forecasts and headcount plan.
