About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our agency partners and their sales teams. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing agent productivity, driving sales growth, and building a strong brand presence within the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agency Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for agency partners and their sales teams across various channels (physical & digital).
* New Employee and Agent Onboarding & Activation: Lead the onboarding process for newly appointed agents / RMs, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed. Drive agency licensing and activation initiatives.
* Sales Training & Performance Enhancement: Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance. Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance.
* Content Development & Management: Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules. Create engaging and effective sales scripts and callings guides.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, regional managers, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve training objectives.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key training metrics, analyze training effectiveness, and prepare regular reports on training outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 4-6 years of experience as an Agency Training Manager in the general insurance industry.
* Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
* Sales & Training Expertise: In-depth knowledge of general insurance products, sales processes, and industry regulations. Proven experience in delivering impactful training programs that drive measurable results.
* Agency Management: Strong understanding of agency operations, including recruitment, licensing, compliance, and performance management.
* Multilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages (mention specific languages if required).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.
* Travel & Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently to conduct on-site training sessions at agency locations. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and training environments.
