  • Business problem assessment: Identifying , assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation. Managing Complex deal structures : Mobilization and governance of major change programs from inception to maintenance and l everaging new technologies to drive business value . New business process designs :Designing new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct ing user review sessions .

Effective consulting skills Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships Quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement Natural leadership ; the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
  • Your experience counts!
  • 0-4 years of consulting experience
  • Understanding of business parameters and drivers and the ability to articulate technology issues in business terms and vice- versa
  • Good working knowledge of one or more of the following:
  • Digital technology strategy & roadmap development, ecommerce/omni-channel, Digital Enterprise Enterprise Mobility, Enterprise Analytics, Internet of Things
  • Cloud:Strategy, security, assessments , migration
  • Data/AI:Management, Governance, Architecture, Automation, Gen AI
  • Enterprise architecture, IT Strategy, IT operating model and IT cost reduction
  • Knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging )
  • Knowledge of and passion for technology trends e.g. Cloud, Digital, Gen AI,5G, Blockchain etc.
  • Capable of building end to end business solutions
  • Exposure of end to end project delivery lifecycle desirable
    • Experience in the one or more of the following industry segments Banking, Insurance, Retail, CPG , Healthcare, Lifesciences, Telecom & Energy
