Inviting applications for the role of V ice P resident , Insurance Platform Transformation Delivery Leader In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing offshore Guidewire delivery capability to support our Insurance Platform Transformation practice. Responsibilities You will work with the broader Genpact ecosystem to build relationships, leverage , and integrate capabilities and assets to b ootstrap Insurance Platform Transformation practice. You will be responsible to build and manage a highly skilled team of cross functional resources and scale this over time. You will work closely with the Practice Leader to manage all aspects of offshore delivery capability. Your respo nsibility will include working with the broader sales and solutions teams in supporting sales, GTM strategy, capability, and IP development . You will have responsibility of managing talent, onboarding resources, training, and efficient deployment of resources across client engagements. Qualifications We Seek In You Minimum qualifications BE/B Tech/MCA Relevant years of experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills P&C Insurance experience Delivery Leader experience Large PMO experience Guidewire Suite Implementation experience Preferred Experience And Qualifications Broad k nowledge of P&C Insurance domain Strong leadership skills with extensive experience managing large offshore delivery center ( more than 100 resources) Prior experience managing PMO for multiple large scale Guidewire Transformation programs Experience working with cross functional teams in global onshore offshore delivery model Prior experience setting up and running a delivery capability f or G uidewire ( or similar software) practice and knowledge of Guidewire Suite and its features wo uld be a plus Knowledge of Insur ance Tech landscape, Insurance Software vendors and Service providers Exper ience building Guidewire practice collateral and IP , methodologies and frameworks, GTM strategies and marketing plans Experience managing talent interviewing candidates, onboarding, developing, and executing a training program , resource deployment , ongoing cross training and reskilling Experience managing practice P&L, building relationships, driving measure to improve practice profitability, managing client leadership stakeholders and external alliance partners, conducting employee town halls Job Vice President Primary Location India-Bangalore Education Level Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting Feb 5, 2025, 3:27:06 AM Unposting Date Ongoing Master Skills List Corporate Job Category Full Time,
