Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Provide excellent communication skills in English to resolve customer complaints effectively.
Map customer requirements to relevant solutions using mapping techniques.
Work on international voice process projects, handling calls from diverse geographies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational schedules.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
