Position: Executive Data Analyst
Location: Chennai
Position Responsibility
- Daily data review
- On time data entry
- Zero data error
- Minimal data correction
- Zero error in bills review
- Daily reports
- Consistent review with site team
- Vendor reconciliation
- On time escalation
- Good rapport with team
Objective of this Role:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Attention to detail
- Closely work with site team to get to daily trip challans & reviewing the bills
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher / 1 Yr Exp
- Hindi knowledge (Speak & read)
- Knowledge in data review, correction & data entry
- Knowledge in bills processing
- Knowledge in Hindi
- Good communication skill
- Team work / Build rapport with site team
- MS Office & General ERP knowledge
