location pune -chakan

Lead the Quality Function, being responsible for Supplier Quality, Manufacturing
Quality and Product Quality, as well as Quality Management Systems.
Develop and lead the teams which are responsible for Supplier, In-process and
customer quality.
Conduct PPAP run for new developed components & resolve quality issues.
Preparation of new Gauges , Checking fixtures & duly calibrate them
Coordinator for Engineering Change Note/process Change for existing
components.
Responsible for implementing and driving Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing,
Kaizen, Quality Circle.
2. Responsible for Supplier Development :-
Interacting with the supplier for resolving the quality issues.
Supplier Audit & rank up for improvement of their performance.
Lead the product/component development process with suppliers and convert
most as DOL suppliers.
3. Customer Service & New product Development :-
Interacting with the customer during new product development for product
quality development & DVP sign-off.
Handling various Customer audits like Process & system audit
Responsible for Customer complaints, Warranty claims analysis and feedback to
customer as well as suppliers involved.
Represent the company in interactions with all customers and be their first point
of contact for any quality issues.
