Penetration of new markets and implement strategies for the same in the respective region
Keep a tab on business trends and competitor activities in order to maintain/increase market share.
Establish realistic sales targets and methods of assisting territory leaders to attain the same.
Monitor collection of revenues from all regional offices under direct control
Towards achieving completion of sales deliverables, fulfillment of customer needs and requirements
Implement product training and application seminars for territory leaders and dealers on the field
Participate in the planning, formation and implementation of CEAT s marketing and sales strategy at the regional level.
Aid in the timely preparation and submission of quotations to quotations to dealers/customers
Liaison with logistics to ensure timely delivery to OEMs
