Roles and Responsibilities

• Looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for a leading NBFC, based at Bhopal.
• 80% Internal Recruitment and 20% Generalist functions.
• Provide candidate feedback, ensuring superior candidate experience at all stages of a process.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline, including the direct applicant, referral and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• MBA or related education with 3+ years of experience in recruitment in agency, corporate or RPO environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge and/or experience of recruitment within the sector or business line.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent stakeholder management experience.
