Job Description

• Undertake key processes in HR Services spanning the employee's lifecycle and ensure resolution of pendency's.
• End to end Flexi Pay management.
• Processing of payroll and Management of existing process linked Payroll management
• Employee Onboarding and Management Experience
• Project and Creative thinker
• Data Analytics and Data management
• Employee query management work
• Monthly Process Audits
• Recommend enhancements in Payroll management.
• Ensure that joining formalities, documentation and on boarding for all employees. Liaison with zonal spocs to ensure manage deadlines.
• Timebound reporting - Statutory and MIS preparation
• Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines.  Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
• Onboarding of employee code validation and creation
• Other Process engineering
