Collect information regarding receipt of damaged parts.
Information to PS/QMC-IN (for Traded parts), P/QMMs (for PS-IN parts) with photos of damaged consignment.
Blocking of parts in the system.
Create initial claim to Bosch Insurance and send details to C/FII-IN with all documents
Monitory claim letter or notification of liability to transporter
Co-ordinate for Insurance survey
Supervise and ensure over-checking/sorting of parts in damaged consignment with support of 3rd party based on sorting checklist provided by PS/QMC-IN, P/QMMs.
Prepare over-checking/sorting report and inform PS/QMC-IN, P/QMM.
Quarantine of NOK parts and/or unblocking of OK parts in the system based on feedback from PS/QMC-IN, P/QMM.
Co-ordinate with BSW for repacking / re-strapping / re-tape of consignments after over-checking. Inform PS/LOP-IN for next steps (customer approval and dispatch).
Analysis of loss and get final QC report from PS/QMC-IN, P/QMM
Make SDR calculation
Send details of SDR & QC report to C/FII-IN & LSP
Co-ordination with C/FII-IN regularly for any documents and insurance close
Co-ordination with transportation team for LRC, PDS & Root cause analysis and debit to LSP of SDR amount & total loss if any
Follow up & ensure debit to LSP on time
Co-ordination with PS/LOP team for Scrap/Write off after debit / insurance claim
Share MIS of total inward quality with the details of claim & debit with CFT
