Sr. Recruiters: Candidates with more than 5 years of experience in a placement firm

Interns: Fresher candidates who want to make their career in Recruitment field, Dedicated with good Comm skills

Business Development Executives: Candidate with 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Excellent Comm skills,

Skills Needed: Negotiation skills. candidates with prior exp in a recruitment firm will be an added benefit

Key responsibilities: 

Finding the correct candidates based on JD, Posting the requirements on Job portals, conduction first round of interviews, Coordinating the entire interview process
