Job Description

  • Drafting of Minutes, Resolutions (including Circular Resolutions) and Requisite Annexure/ Papers of Board / Committee / General meetings, finalizing the same in consultation with the Company Secretary.
  • Preparation and Circulation of Agenda and Notes of Board/ Committee and General Meetings
  • Advise members of the business, legal, compliance, accounting & tax on queries related to Governance matters; work closely with various teams

Qualification :

  • CS (member of ICSI)
  • 3-4 Years expericne post CS will be an added advantage
