We are looking for the position of Branch Head/Manager . Please Find the job description below:

Job Description/ Roles and responsibilities:

Taking care of total administrative work
Handling Parents queries and attending to the specific needs
Strategizing activities to generate enquiries
Responsible to make centre profitable
To study the competitive market & survey preschools at local catchment area
Plan and lead the maintenance and upkeep of resources in the setting
Prior experience in preschool/ admission counseling will be preferred

Job Specification:

Caring, friendly, approachable, open, inclusive, welcoming & presentable at all times
Attractive & pleasing personality
Strong intellectual and communication skills (both written and verbal) with fluency in English (must)
Self motivated & career driven individual with strong sense of responsibility
A multi-tasker with an ability to work well under pressure
Must be technology friendly
Ability to set, demonstrate & promote good practice in line with the ethos of the school both indoors & outdoors
