Primary Responsibilty:
Promote and sell banking products and services to customers, focusing on Home Loans (HL), BFSI products, or other sales categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's customer base.
Conduct regular field visits and participate in promotional activities to boost sales.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in HL/BFSI or any sales domain.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
